We are Team CPR, Inc., a Little Rock-based revenue cycle management firm founded in 2010. Originally launched as Complete Provider Resource by Shirley Walker—formerly a provider relations manager with a major healthcare plan—we’ve grown into a team of 11–50 dedicated billing, credentialing, and IT professionals. Our vision is simple: we become an extension of your office, working shoulder-to-shoulder with providers to streamline operations, strengthen cash flow, and reduce administrative burden. Having walked in the shoes of providers, our leadership understands firsthand the time pressures and complexities of medical office management.
