Who We Are
We are Total Care PT Billing Solutions, LLC, founded by practicing physical therapists who intimately understand the daily challenges of private PT practices. Our leaders—Dr. Christian Robertozzi, PT, and Ashton Moore—built the company after experiencing firsthand the frustrations of handling billing and administrative work while maintaining a full patient load. Dr. Robertozzi, who graduated in 2010 and launched his own clinic in 2017, co-founded this company to reclaim his time and streamline billing. Together with co-founder Ashton, also a clinic owner, they created Total Care to offer the specialized billing support they wished they had.

Our team includes experienced billing specialists, insurance verification experts, and a Chief Billing Officer, all aligned around one goal: freeing clinics to do what they do best—treat patients—while we optimize the financial side of practice management.
