Our company was officially founded in 2010 by Lori Fitzgerald and Dr. Niraj Desai, following several years of successful in-practice billing operations for Kidney Care of Hawaii. Lori began working as an office manager and biller with Dr. Desai in 2006. As their efficiency and success grew, they recognized a broader need among Hawaii’s independent providers for reliable and transparent billing services. That recognition became the foundation of Lotus Medical Billing.
