We are Vista Nona Billing & Coding, also known as Orlando Medical Consulting, a Florida-based medical billing and consulting firm serving healthcare providers across Central Florida. Although we don’t list our founding year, our team brings over 25 years of accounting and medical-billing experience to the table. Our founder, Elvira, transitioned from traditional accounting into medical billing when she personally discovered discrepancies with a prior vendor. Under her leadership, our firm was established to provide ethical, detail-oriented, and transparent billing support.

We’re headquartered in Orlando, with a focus on serving practices in the region. Customer service, integrity, and precision drive everything we do.
